My Stained Glass Shipment Was Received Damaged. What Should I Do?

All of our pieces are carefully packed using 1" foam to sandwich each stained glass piece.

In the unfortunate event a shipment is received damaged, please contact us immediately by phone: 619.250.6690, email: info@sdglassart.com, or fax: 866.617.8898.

A claim must be filed with the shipping carrier by us (the shipper) within 1~2 days of the delivery. It is very difficult to have the claim approved if the report is not done immediately. We must then authorize the return shipment before it is made. Many times the shipping company asks to see the damaged item and packing before any returns are made.

Once the stained glass piece is recieved, a replacement will be shipped. Many times the customer loves the colors so much that repair is requested. If repair is requested, please allow 1~2 weeks additional for repairs and shipping to be made.
