Returns will be accepted only if you notify us by email info@sdglassart.com or phone (619) 250-6690 prior to the return. This MUST be done within three days of the delivery confirmation date.
A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. If your shipment has arrived damaged, a claim must be filed with the carrier IMMEDIATELY. Please contact us no later that two days after the receipt of damaged item so we can process the paperwork for you. If you do not notify us immediately, the claim becomes very difficult to settle and sometimes is refused by carrier. It is of utmost importance to file in a timely manner.
All packages are to be fully insured by you when returned. You must notify us of any return before it is sent. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
